I think the main reason to have a monster Dual Statted.  Say if you come up
with an uber-cool mob to throw at a posse.  You have one set of stats but
you would need both to actually make it into the Epitaph.  The reason I
state this is so that I can go and work on my monstrosities so that they are
in that format for the Epitaph.  Also, I think there are some NEW
monstrosities that are only in the D20 book.  So, if you want to use them,
then you hafta reformat their stats.
