While there is no formal group of postmen it doesn't mean you can't
create one for your setting. who knows, maybe this new postman hero may
be the founder and it may develope as game plays. Basically though,
postmen are just men and women who make it their business to deliver
messages across the wasted west. some do it for the  nobility of it, some
do it for the profit. Its a pretty open ended way of life for a
character.
