My apologies to all, including Marcus and the DRC crew.

It is one of the subjects that gets me all fired up.  Artists work very 
hard, and there are a lot of Shysters out there looking for a way to take 
advantage of them.  The DRC is currently using legal applications for just 
that purpose, whether deliberate or incidental.  I got pissed.  I was wrong 
to use such high-handedness when legal rhetoric will do.

So, to all, I apologize for my offensive language, but not for my stance.
