The "Hell's Plumbers" are filling the role of a gang that's hard to 
truly kill, but is basically a source of vehicular-minded mooks for the 
most part... With a name like that, they can't be too tough, but they 
do have some higher-power assets like junker tech. They're a bit down 
as one of their leaders, the massive and brutal Clog King got himself 
killed, but they have some other leaders who won't be happy about 
this...
