Re: [HOE] Looking for the "LOOKER" Pistol Stats



I was thinking contested spirit roll vs the TN of the gun (13).  Also, I
know that its easy to block but the glasses were specially designed.  It was
the flash and not the wavelength.  Also, this would be something that would
be used as a surprise and I can't find a spot on an UBER hero who is wearing
a battle suit that an effective taser or stun gun could be used on.  So,
light would be a better choice at close range with "predator,""Chameleon,"
or other powers.  But, still would love the stats (junker wise or Mass
produced).
