I just realized you can use the stats of an Insect Shaman to actually make
it a physical presence as well.  An old man seeking out the cyborg.  he gets
one lick off and the man collapses into a creeping, writhing pile of
cockroaches, all glowing green.  Also add in a taste of the movie "Devilbug"
in that they burn the skin with radiation.

That would be quite the desgusting mess.
