Ouch...  I guess it's a "Shoot him in the hand so he can't shoot us or fight 
back while we beat him to death" type thing, eh?  ;-)

5D12, of course.  He's a Law Dog/Gunslinger.  Both enforces the law, and is 
apart of the Quickdraw Competition in Junkyard.  He's pretty low in the 
rankings...  But is the fan favorite after shooting "Ace Tyrell" in both 
knees, then finishing him off with a 3-round burst to the pelvis with his 
now infamous Hellstromme Industries Jury.  All that, and with only one arm!  
(He also moonlights on KYRD, with 2D10 in "Performin':  Commercial".).

That's only the most impossible of shots that he's done.  He's done a few 
more...

A .50 AE round to the tire of a Duce-And-A-Half full of Blackhats that 
caused the Truck to spin out of control and slam at 45 MPH into a slag dump 
and get burried is another of his special shots.

And, no, I do not have a copy of your "Impossible Shot" hex.
