It should be roughly the same, though I'd imagine all that pollution may 
have had effects for a couple miles out. There's not just a border with 
clear skies one side and filth of the other.

It's funny you mention that; I just decided to get off my duff and restart 
work on my Witches sourcebook stuff. I mean, I came up with all those edges 
and hindrances, and it seems a shame to let 'em go to waste.
