Re: [HOE] (Off topic) help with my Alternative America RPG
I guess that becomes the bottom line anytime you want to create a "new"
game, story, movie or what have you... dig a little and you often find
(especially with RPGs) that someone has already tried it.
That's one of the biggest appeals that drew me to Deadlands - in all my
years of gaming (having seem both the "D20 glut" and the 80's explosion of
different systems), I have never seen a game quite like Deadlands.
And after almost two decades of gaming, the appeal of something new and
completely different is enormous.

As Interstate '76 is a complete rip off of Car Wars, which was itself a
complete rip off of Death Race (a movie), I don't see wither the conflict,
or the reason... but if you want to, go right ahead! You have MY
permission! HAR HAR! As if its up to me!
