You should probably check with Mystic Eye if you're looking to do
Deadlands (any era) work. You can check with Pinnacle (well, Great White
Games, um, . . . Shane) if you want to do work with Savage Worlds. If you
want to do something outside those two lines, I have no idea what you
should do.

I don't really know how you go about it, but you could try an e-mail to
Shane. :-)
