[HOE] Even more junker questions

Hi again, new question. Like many Junkers I'm planning out my "unity" ride,
at frame size 18 (if I get the parts which might not happen if my marshal is
not to happy with this plan). It is to be like the mechs out of
Battletech.tm by having legs and arms and able to "jump" here are the
questions. 
1.	What would be the slot cost for hands and arms
2.	A jet pack of sorts (I guess VTOL) to lift something of this size
for a short time.
3.	Do I need agility for 2 legs if I'm piloting this?
