well, i'd get an internet radio station(there's lenty of free places for
'em) and make a playlist with some songs(with appropriate DJ intros and
ends), then i'd make up some scripted calls, coverage, and interviews.  I'd
get someone to record & mail or physically call& record the other person's
lines and make it seem like i'm talking back.  it's actually the way it's
usually done with cartoon dubbing.  i'd of course also accept anything
appropriately done as commercials or "secured audio".  It'd be mostly funny
stuff, hence the interview with micah flaxton and the prank call to
rasmussen.
