Hehehehehehe... the spirit of the Unity, you say? Can't you hear it?
Mwahahaha!!!!
The spirit of the Unity is trapped by the Hell Hole. Neither on Banshee nor
in the Hunting Grounds; it can't escape to either because of the pull of the
Hell Hole. Which to a spirit is a bit like having a circular saw in your
groin. Ouch.
Net effect: Any junkers (or anyone who consorts with tech spirits or the
Net) gain Night Terrors within a mile of the wreck of the Unity. If they
already have Night Terrors, their roll is at -2.
That ought to chill the "let's hang out at the Unity while I build stuff"
crowd. Bwahahahaha!!!

"You smell that? Do you smell that? ...Ghost Rock, son. Nothing else in the
world smells like that. I love the smell of ghost rock in the morning. You
know, one time we had a hill bombed, for twelve hours. When it was all over
I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' Yank body. The
smell, you know that sulphurous smell, the whole hill. Smelled like...
victory. Someday this war's gonna end..."
