[HOE] new e-sheet available

I've reworked the e-sheet a bit. I'd added space for maximum Wind and
Strain, Legend Chips, banked Bounty, and Corruption. I've also taken the
part of the sheet that says "Speed" with the ranged weapons and changed it
to "Ammo" so you can see at a glance what kind of ammunition the weapon
takes.

To save a character, make sure something is in the Name field and click Save
and it'll create a file named "<character's name>.txt". To load a character,
type the character's name in the name field and click Load. The text file
has to be in the same directory as HoEsheet.exe to load. Click the Print
button to, obviously, print the character. I had some bugs that my players
pointed out tonight, but I *THINK* they've all been fixed. You can download
