I don't have the book in front of me at the moment, but I believe the number
of cards you draw also depends on the frame size. Thus any device pulls at
least one, higher frame sizes pull more. And dealing with gun spirits makes
you draw one extra. And to answer your question, you draw the extra card if
you use any power that has gun as one of its associated spirits. Off the top
of my head, that includes: Ammo, Flash Gordon, Gunsmith, Rocket Man, and
Weapon Smith. Sorry if I missed any.

powers, do you add the 2 cards for gun spirits to every draw, or just 
the draw for the gun power?
