Subject: [Pack159_Leaders] Pack service project this Saturday 9-12 at church

Fellow leaders

This Saturday, Nov 21, is our annual service project at Christ  
Presbyterian Church, 12410 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway.

As a reminder, this church is our sponsoring organization.  We want to  
have a big turnout as a thank you for their generous help.  In fact,  
we need an extra big turnout as the church has raised the issue of  
possibly canceling their sponsorship.  We need to show our support to  
those who support us.

So, here is what we need:

a) by Thursday, a head count of boys and parents who are coming.  You  
can come for some or all.

b) rakes, shovels, gloves, wheelbarrows - everyone is asked to bring  
yard tools and their own water bottles

c) the following volunteers

c1) someone to get the first aid kit from the chuck boxes

c2) someone to get donuts and hot chocolate powder (amount to depend  
on head count)

c3) someone to bring a bag of 50 or 100 tulip bulbs from one of the  
local nurseries

Please solicit your dens for volunteers for this activity.  Also,  
please try to get as many folks as possible.  Older brothers/scouts  
are also welcome.
