Our annual spring service project for Fox Mill is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, May 8 (day before Mothers Day).  As in previous years, we will be working with the PTA to sweep, plant flowers and lay mulch. Due to the winter storms, there may be more to do than in previous years.  E.g., there appears to be a lot of mulch to lay.  Thus, we need a big turnout!  Please put this on your calendars.

Also, as usual, there will be donuts and other refreshments.  

We know some may have sports...please try to come even for a short while...every little bit helps.  Also, older scouts and siblings can help.  Service hours letters will be provided as requested.  

Also, we need a coordinator who will work with Ms. Sheehy to identify specific tasks that are age appropriate.  (Bonus - the coordinator does not have to get dirty!!  Just give direction to the hired help!)

Also, we need a coordinator who will arrange to bring donuts, water etc for the event.  Obviously, you will be reimbursed.

Please contact me or Jack Prisciandaro (prisc@ieee.org) if you are able to be a coordinator.
