Is source available via FTP?

Hi Richard,
I have tried using fetch.2 to retrieve some pbmserv source files
and managed to get some sent to me. But I am using a free e-mail
service which only allows incoming e-mails of up to 30K, so I
can't get to see the main .cpp files. Are the files available
via ftp? I think I tried connecting to ftp.gamerz.net once, but
it wasn't accepting anonymous users. Alternatively, is there any
other way that I can get the source split up before being sent to
me?

Is there any external documentation for the C++ classes or is it
all held in the only place that developers can keep up to date -
 in the source ;-)
