The latest pbmserv source is available on 

	ftp://ftp.gamerz.net/pub/pbmserv/

It includes the Makefile (for src and src.2) and the implementation.notes
file.

I suspect the 'make install' is not 100% complete for the Makefile in 
src, but that is due to oversight (I've had it running here for so long
I forget the other steps needed to set it up)
