[pbmserv-dev] bug in pbmserv notify for renju

Hi,

There's some bug in pbmserv notify for renju which silently turns 
notification off not long after it is started.  What seems to happen is:

1. I request renju notification
2. notification is successful (temporarily).  I get a message confirming
successful notification startup.
3. I get one small batch of completed renju games.  They always seem
to come in one day, and perhaps in just one mailing.
4. The silent notify bug I'm reporting now turns renju notification
off.  I hear of no completed renju games for days or weeks.  renju
is much played, and typically has several games finish per day.  Certainly
per week.

I've repeated this process 3 or 4 times over the last few months.

"dots" notification is working for me, so there is probably some
game dependence.  I think I had notify set for some other games
(don't remember which) that also stopped working.
