[pbmserv-dev] off by one problem?

This is more of a curiosity than a bug (i.e., it is
NOT serious) but I just ended a game to see:

Game won by lyman.

lyman's rating is 1742 (provisional).
jeroen's rating is 1517 (provisional).

Looking up the standings because I knew I was getting
close to my 20th cathedral game I noticed that my rank
was "established".  In other words this represented my
20th game.  The display should have read "established"
but apparently did a non-inclusive count (i.e., not
taking this one into account).

Minor problem but curious.
