[pbmserv-dev] bughouse 'who won the game' error

i've mentioned before that in bughouse only the player who wins gets credit 
for the win, and his partner doesn't, and apparently that's not going to 
change for awhile.  fine, but did somebody tinker with the code anyway?  
take a look at this:

the problem with this that mdlopezlvn didn't win.  his partner didn't win 
either.  mdlopezlvn was checkmated by asdf.  so asdf should have gotten the 
win.  i realize that if the partners aren't going to get credit for the 
wins, that the win/loss and ratings don't mean much, but this seems to be a 
major error to me nonetheless and i wonder if anybody knows about it.
