Actually, I did massage the Cathedral page, because it looked awful on
Netscape. (Unlur does too, but it's not a major complaint in my mind;
I'd much rather have MS-generated help pages than no help pages.)
The main advantages to having it in html are the pbmserv logo and working
links. So it's up to you whether you want to do it, but I think the text
version is adequate unless Richard feels strongly about putting the logo
on.
