[pbmserv-dev] Suggested Improvement to Quoridor

I really dislike playing Quoridor when going southwards, because while
going upwards is logical, calling up "South" is not, except to the
Chinese. Unless we can arrange to only have Chinese players going in the
southward direction, I suggest a solution. I believe this exact same
solution was proposed for another game, though I don't recall which game,
and I don't know what became of the suggestion.

Add four new commands: U, D, R, L. These are synonyms for N, S, E, and W
when you are going playing O (northbound) and synonyms for S, N, W, and E
when you are playing X (southbound). The program will convert these, so
that move summary only shows N, S, E, and W.

It looks to me like ten minutes of programming and an hour or two of
testing to avoid a lot of aggravation.
