yes, and you're right, it is a problem, because of the reasons you listed, 
it is easy to delete an undo request without recognizing it as such.  i 
think the solution is to simply make it so that UNDO appears somewhere in 
the subject heading (towards the begining, probably after the game name, 
since some email programs only show a portion of the subject in the main 
listing).
