After reading Sharkey's comments about time effects, I wonder if it would
be beneficial to set a certain amount of time for "day" and "night" - say
maybe 2 actual days for each.  Then the game would not advance until exactly
48 hours has passed, no less and no more.  The werewolfs have 48 hours to 
make a decision, and their decision is not given until exactly 48 hours
has passed, then the villagers have 48 hours to vote someone for lynching
and the votes are not tallied until after 48 hours has passed.  and so on,
and so on...
