The website for the commercial version of the game
suggests 8-15 players.  Beyond that it may be worth
starting another game (rather than adding a werewolf).

I strongly suggest we make it synchronous with defined
default behavior.  I.e., if only one werewolf
responds, perhaps his/her choice goes.  If the seer
doesn't pick anyone during the turn, they get no
information.

I believe that if the game is allowed to drag much
more than say 2 days realtime per virtual day it may
well lose much of its appeal (IMHO).
