Shouldn't the first werewolf get to know about the second selection
as well?  Maybe every selection should also imply a "howl".

The seer can't take any action on the information until "day"
anyway, so I can't see how this can make a difference.  Well,
it could be better to wait until day, because then (if you want)
you could arrange not to inform the seer if the werewolves kill
him/her during that same night.
