[pbmserv-dev] werewolf voting

Does the voting stop as soon as anyone remaining casts
a vote not for swift since then even though he would
not have a majority, it would be impossible for anyone
to get more votes?  If one waited for all thevotes to
be in, there would seem to be little incentive for
swift to cast a vote at all (except I know him to be a
decent guy :-))...
