Those programs were developed by Kurt Van den Branden
(kurtvdb@pandora.be).  I've never been precisely sure
why they weren't publicly available!  I think I had
source at one point but cannot find it, but if you
drop him a note he should be able to fix you up.

PS In the meantime if you wanted to make the Unlur
interface clickable :-), I am more than happy to lend
the source.  The only relevant restriction is that you
can't move on the outermost edge until the first white
piece is placed.
