No, only steps or blasts. There is no bonus for passing, teleporting or 
last standing.

There are two reasons for this:

1) Steps are generally more dangerous than passes. Once a player has used 
their blaster and made a safe little hidey hole, then they take at least 
one step to benefit from any bonusses.

2) There was also the problem that bonus pass moves made last stand 
redundant, as a queue of pass commands "p,p,p,p,p,p,p,p" would almost 
always score many more pts than a "last stand" command.
