I will have to look into this in the coming week.   I'm about to leave on 
vacation to the beach and may have time to look into it there.

But it'll be a dialup line, etc. etc.   ugh.

Yes, I maintain a log of the commands pbmserv runs.   I do NOT maintain
a log of the responses.   pbmserv receives ~4000 msgs everyday now.

That'd be a LOT of mail.
