I wanted to get a little structure in there first.  But, yes, the intention is to open it to everybody.

I have no idea.  I suppose I could script something that grabs the /etc files and builds names and passwords.  On the other hand, it's (hopefully) well known that pbm passwords are not secure and shouldn't be used in other places.

I should, though, set a policy that usernames are reserved for pbmserv ID's.  If a user finds his or her pbm ID already in use on the wiki I'll say I reserve the right to hand it over to the "owner".
