Apologies!  I had just finished reading:

and therefore had a somewhat negative viewpoint on
Internet poker :-).

On the Tichu front they gave permission to BSW and as
I understand it that server actually charges game
companies to support their game, and so I do not think
it would be all that difficult to get permission for
us!

By the way, I did get permission from the publisher of
Gyges I have just been too swamped to writ ea
prototype.  And of course there is Punkt coming along
(last in project GIPF).
