Mark was having issues at some point trying to move the wiki to
gamerz proper.   I don't recall the exact issue, but I have upgraded the
webserver on gamerz to apache 2.0.x (it was an old 1.3.x incarnation)

Might work.   I'd like to host it myself though for data control/integrity 
reasons.
