In heart forced moves can be used.
But only on way that does not give away info about the cards.
So I suggest that if in a multiplayer game as mhearts a player has not moved and should be nagged a bot will find a possible move a make that move instead of forfeiting. That player would then have a lesser chance on winning, but the game would still me moving and not deleted.
The bot could leave a message like. `The human player has not made a move in years so I have made a random move.´
