Hello, players of Shogi,

I believed to understand that the official ranking of players of Shogi makes
himself according to a ladder that goes from 15q to 5d or more.
On the PBM Server, we are classified of about 1300 to about 1900.
Can make ourselves a comparison between the two ratings. For example, a
player classified fairly on the PBM Server, that is to say thereabouts 1600,
to how much xq or xd does he correspond?
