[PBeM] Pente+-: a new Pente variant

Hello,

A new Pente variant has been installed on Richard's server.
This variant is called "Pente+-" and was invented by Dima
Krasnonosov ("student" on the server).

Pente+- is just like normal Pente, except that when a
player makes a capture, s/he makes a choice between
adding it to their own capture score, or subtracting one
capture from their opponent's score.  (As a result, it
becomes harder to win the game by collecting five captures,
and the game becomes less unstable).

In move notation, decision to add a capture to one's own
score is indicated by a "+" sign, and decision to subtract
a capture from opponent's score - by a "-" sign, for example

    pente+- move 101 username password G5+
