who wanted "Soccolot"?

I cannot find the original email asking for the game of Soccolot.  And since
I cannot find the email, I cannot find the rules that the person wrote 
in his email.  Anyways, I wrote up Soccolot the best I could remember the
rules.  Soccolot is on my mini-testing-server.  Would the person who wanted
Soccolot please contact me?  It is ready for testing.  Also, since I have your
ear, anyone on my server who wants to test it, feel free to challenge me.
example of moves:
"move" consists of <player jersey number> <action> <direction>
<player jersey number> = {1 to 6}  // may be preceded by color W or B
<action> = one of {r,d,k} // Run Dribble Kick
<direction> = one of {n,s,w,e,nw,ne,sw,se}  // directions of compass
examples:
w2dne  // White jersey number 2 dribbles north-east
3k     // player 3 of  this player's team kicks the soccer ball
b5rs   // Black jersey number 5 runs south
