1st Open Zertz E-mail tournament
What?
A zertz tournament, completely by E-mail.
Where?
All games will be played on Richards Play By E-Mail server (www.gamerz.net\pbmserv).
How?
Send an E-mail to the tournament director: Jeroen Weyn @: or "Bitfucker" on the PbeM server. The games will be created by the tournament director and must be finished within 14 days. If there are problems with moving, let the tournament director know, and you might be able to finish your game later. You can also ask to skip a round, or forfait one. However, if your opponent doesn’t move anymore without a valid reason, the result will be decided by the tournament director; this result is definitive.
Who?
Everybody who knows the rules of zertz and has an account on the PbeM server can join.
When?
The tournament starts on 12/09/’01, with round of 14 days. Depending on the number of players there will be 6,7,8 or 9 rounds.
What does it cost?
Nothing, It’s completely free...
Why should I join?
At first, for fun! Secondly, to gain the title of Zertz-by-Email-Champion of the World (sounds impressive huh). Thirdly, a small price will be sent to the winner, a little suprise of me....
