Fwd: Backgammon error need help still

Ok folks, I have tried many things including the replies i recently had 
from many of you.

I keep getting this

I am sending this and varied permutations where am I wrong???

Subject: Backgammon move BOARD-NO gjug MY-PASSWORD 13-7, 8 -7

I of course have the game # and Password inserted above.
