Time when the digest runs

Richard, could you make the digest for pbmserv-users and pbmserv-dev run 
about two minutes earlier or two minutes later?  The way it runs right now, 
sometimes it gets a timestamp just after midnight, and sometimes just 
before.  I look at the timestamp column in my pbmserv folder and I see two 
digests on 10/8, one on 10/10, one on 10/11, two on 10/13, one on 10/14, 
two on 10/16, etc.  I know it's a minor issue, but I'm obsessive compulsive 
and it really _bugs_ me.
