Rewrite of Survival is now installed!

Hello gamerz!  As some of you know, if you sent in a command like
"all show next myuserid" to the server, then you would most likely
get a silly message from the (old) Survival game engine.  Those days
are long gone!  :-)   I have rewritten the program to use the standard
C++ modules that all the other games use.  Plus, I have updated the 
look of the board!  Richard says he likes the new look.  :-)
Let us celebrate the passing of the old and the installation of the new!
Please challenge me to a game of Survival.  Thanks.
