Backgammon: BGBlitz Version 1.0 is ready

Dear Backgammon Players,

some of you may know, that I (frankb33) was working on a Backammon program
for years, but since the latest release has been nearly 3 years. Now
finally after 3 years of work, version 1.0 is ready.

Many improvements and 2 new major features:

- you can play against a very strong neural net based player, evaluate
     positions and let BGBlitz suggest best moves
- you can play peer-to-peer. Especially usefull if you're behind a firewall.

By the way, BGBlitz is the only Backgammon-SW which supports the
match-format of PBEM.

BGBlitz run on Windows95/98/ME/NT 4.0/2000/XP,
 on Mac OS 9, Mac OS X and Linux. (Most probably on any System with a
complete Java-Runtime, but only the above OS are tested).
