Bug in lowgravity?

In lowgravity game 109 it looks like we've found a bug. My opponent dropped
a piece at f7 that dropped to e8 to d9 to c10 to b11. Because I already had
a piece at a12 we think it should have stayed at b11 but instead it dropped
to b12. Can someone confirm this is a bug, or just a mistake in our
interpretation of the rules? If it's a bug, can it be fixed?
