[pbmserv] Unlur Tournament clarification (and a slight back pedal)

A couple of people have informed me of iminent
holidays and instead of fine-tuning the vacation list
I have asked to add 15 days to the totals for round 1.
 If you don't NEED the extra time feel free not to USE
it :-).  I know this goes against other advise (I
listen to everyone and then make myself unpopular with
all).

In answer to other questions, the games are actually
started by a script Richard Rognlie runs that sets up
the round robin in one fell swoop (I don't know how to
issue challenges numbered a12, a23, b12, etc. as the
script does).
