[pbmserv] Need games of Shogi - plus a new shogi tournament

The US Shogi Championship is supposed to be played in San Francisco this April, and I was hoping
to play in
it since I live near San Francisco.  So, to get into practice (and I need it!), I'll accept shogi
challenges.

Also, I was thinking we should have a shogi tournament to determine the server Ryu-O (Dragon
King).  Let me
know if you would like to play in the Ryu-O Tournament.  I have no idea how it will run, but I
think it
would depend on the number of players.  The real tournament is a seeded knock-out tournament with a
