[pbmserv] PROJECT OF THE SHOGI'S TOURNAMENT

 Hello,

Now that the Amazons's tournament is begun, I can organize another
Tournament.
I had tried to make it for Xiangqi but I am perceived that the program
of the server for this game contains bugs. I so cancelled this project
because I do not want to take the risk of multiple problems to be
resolved.  Moreover, I had only little of registered for xiangqi. It
were due maybe to the fact that the players of this game had noticed
existing problems and abandoned this game on this server.

On the other hand, I noticed that SHOGI's game is very frequented.
I suggest to you so trying to organize a Tournament for this game. 
I shall define the regulation of the Tournament according to the number
of registered.

If you are interested to participate to this Tournament of SHOGI, answer
to this message in clarifying your pseudo.
