you can send a chat at each game
get the games with this command:
bg show YOURID active
(no password required)
the server should send you the boards (they'll probably look upside 
down, because it's your opponent's turn.)

if any come back where it's your turn, simply make a move, otherwise 
reply and change the command to chat
re: Backgammon chat 12345 YOURID YOURPASS
and put your gentle nudge into the body.

you could wait for the nag that runs after about a week of inactivit, 
but gentle nudges are more fun.
