[pbmserv] Swap Rule Reminder for CONHEX

I would like to remind all Conhex players that there is the possibility for the second player to swap sides (on the second move only). This is very important since experience has confirmed there IS an advantage for the player who moves first. If the first player wants to keep that advantage I would recommend to choose a less favorable position for his first peg. Otherwise I would recommend to the second player to swap, thus seizing the privilege to move first and to force his tempo on his opponent. 
 
Cameron Browne was so kind to add an explicit mention of the swap rule in the newly edited rules for Conhex. This rule is not (yet) implemented on Paul van Wamelen's excellent graphical version, so all of you who play there (which is highly recommended) and wish to swap, please use an e-mail to Richard's server for the swap command.

As the author of Conhex, I am of course highly interested to hear your opinion of this new game. I would be happy to accept challenges.
